We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to provide you with medical services. You can expect to be treated professionally and courteously at all times. More than any other specialty, the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology requires mutual understanding, respect and confidence. Our approach to your care is to include you in the medical team. We want to give you accurate information so that you can decide for yourself what is best.

Ashley is the daughter of an OBGYN and the sister of an M.D. She worked in her fathers office as a business manager and medical professional for 25 years. Starting as a candy striper at the age of 11, she has volunteered thousands of hours in local hospitals. She took a 10 year break and worked as an executive assistant for a large investment firm before realizing her calling was in the medical profession. She answers the phone and greets our patients. She makes appointments and helps with insurance authorizations. She schedules admissions to Labor and Delivery and for surgeries. She works with our billing service to make sure your insurance pays for your care. She enjoys helping you get the best of care.

Janie has been helping our patients since August 1984. She welcomes our patients and gets them ready for their visit by recording their concerns, their vital signs and whether they need to disrobe for a physical examination. She prepares the room for any procedure and stocks the supplies. She then assists with physical and pelvic examinations. She interprets in Spanish, if needed, and enjoys seeing and talking about their babies.

Lorena Graduated Medical Assistants Certification training and was hired in June 2010. She meets new patients and gathers their information for our electronic records. She asks what our office can do to help them and then introduces them to Dr. Roberts. New patients then consult with Dr. Roberts in his office before any physical examination. Lorena assists with exams and procedures, draws blood, gives injections, interprets in Spanish, if needed, and reassures our patients that they are well cared for.
